How do I know if I'm called to leadership? Presented by Tim Goree

Not everyone is called to be a leader, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. But, when technology people move into a people management position because they think it's the next natural progression in their career, the process of finding out whether they're meant to be in that role then starts while they're in it. That can have dire consequences for the people they manage (and themselves) if they aren't right for the role in the first place. Tim Goree was a former software developer turned CTO, so he's made the transition and currently helps others make it as well. He'll share tips for the SGF Devs to evaluate whether or not people leadership is right for them, BEFORE they take on that mantle.
