Gathering Place
Let's gather beside the Apple Store in front of Marina Bay Sands. (as picture shown in Feature Image).

Itinerary:

7.30-8.45pm: Simple self-introduction, followed by two rounds round Marina Bay. The fittest in the pack will lead the run, and we will run as a group together. The run should be conducted in a reasonably moderate pace so that everyone can follow. The idea should not be to run as fast as you can, but to train up on stamina and consistency. The leader has the responsibility of getting the group to stay together as much as possible, and that includes slowing down at times or motivating the others to keep up. Dropouts are still possible if a runner feels he cannot keep up with the majority or if he feels unwell -- in that case, he can fall from the pack, and continue at his own pace.

8.45-10.00pm: Head for dinner at Lau Pa Sat.

Attire:
Sports / running wear.

Can I join if I'm a woman since the title says Big Boys?
Yes, we welcome both sexes to join us. However, do try to keep up with the group, and not fall out. The pace should be set at a moderate level, so please sound out if you think it is unreasonable or unbearable.

Belongings:
Please settle your safekeeping independently, as there are no facilities available for that.

Can I walk instead of run / just join for dinner?
No, you may not join the group just to walk all the way, even if just on your own, as this is not the event for that. And no, you may not just join for dinner.

Dietary Situations:
Lau Pa Sat has a variety of foods of all types and cuisines, and it should be able to cater to everyone's dietary needs (as long as they are not too exclusive/demanding). As such, the location of the eating place is also fixed, please do not try to suggest any alternative place.
