Mt Williamson to Pallett to Burkhart Trail Shuttle

Details
Let's visit Mt Williamson and Pallett Mountain, but we'll do a shuttle where we return via the Burkhart Trail.
Look, we missed our target today (Aug 23), although we had a good excuse (thunderstorms). Let's do this the proper way (suggested by Andrew)!
We'll carpool/caravan to the Burkhart Trailhead, and leave a vehicle there.
Then we'll pile into the remaining vehicles to the PCT junction before the tunnels.
The hike begins steeply as the PCT and use-trail work to gain elevation until we get to the aptly-named Pleasant View Ridge. Mt Williamson is a steep, previously wooded, heavily-visited summit. We will continue along the ridge passing a few unnamed peaks, continuing all the way to Pallett Mountain.
From there, we continue down to Burkhart Saddle. And then I think it's about 4.5 miles to the trailhead in Buckhorn Camp.
Extremely Approximate Stats: 12 miles, 3600' gain.
Bring: sun protection, lunch, plenty of water (3+ liters recommended).
