San Gabriel Valley Vegan Cooking Class is organized by Tienshin Temple dedicated to practice Tao, veganism, and spiritual guidance.

Transitioning to a vegan, plant-based diet is often a gradual journey rather than an instant change. Over time, you’ll learn how to create satisfying vegan meals and become comfortable with grains, beans, and vegetables taking center stage on your plate.
