Mile Square Park Run
Details
Runner’s of all speeds are welcome. We meet in the parking lot of Stater Brothers, area nearest to Waba Grill, on the corner of Warner and Euclid in Fountain Valley, at 6:00 p.m. and start the run at 6:15 pm.
Pick your own distance. Generally, we have runners doing 2, 3 and 4 miles. Some do fartleks. It is that time of year when light colored and / or reflective clothing plus flashlights or headlamps are highly recommended.
AFTER THE RUN, some of us grab a bite to eat before heading home. We select a different place to eat each week and announce it before the run.
On the SECOND WEDNESDAY of every month, we have a post-run get-together and meeting at Round Table Pizza, 16122 Goldenwest St., Huntington Beach. We celebrate birthdays and share our recent races & future race plans. The patio is reserved for our group and runners from all locations are welcome to join us. Arrive between 7-7:30 PM.
