Shamanic Drum Circle for Connection and Transformation

Come and work together using drums to connect with spirit, ourselves and our community.
We will drum together and do a shamanic journey to ask for information from spirits for healing and transformation.
The theme for this time is 'Release', so we will be focusing on releasing what is no longer aligned with our highest good, especially our toxic behaviours, thoughts and patterns.

What to prepare :
1. No alcohol and drugs before or during the session.
2. Water to keep you hydrated.
3. The event is outdoors, there are some logs to sit on but you can bring your own cushion/chair/blanket.
4. Hat, sun protection ( if you are sensitive to the sunlight)
5. Pen and notebook if you like to jot down your experiences
6. Please bring something comfortable to lie on and a scarf to cover your eyes with (if you need them for the shamanic journey).
7. **Offering for the spirit.
8. Drum or rattle

(10% of the fee will be donated to charity)
