What we’re about
Did you know that shamanism has been practiced in every culture around the world for 50,000+ years? Would you like to explore, establish, or dive deeper into the shamanic practices that are your birth right to access, while respecting cultural boundaries?
If so this group is for you!
MY MISSION FOR THIS GROUP:
1. Empower, encourage & support anyone interested in accessing shamanism to do so with the highest integrity.
2. Share shamanic practices for self-healing and personal development in an ethical way, while respecting cultural boundaries.
3. To hold space for folks that deeply respect the necessity to practice shamanism within the container that they are trained, experienced, and prepared for.
4. Create a safe space to utilize shamanic practices from a place of pure heart & intention, while nurturing new friendships with like-minded community.
5. Share shamanic practices with you that you can use for your personal healing & development. (You will not learn methods to use on other people in this group. If you are seeking that, I can refer you to teachers that specialize in that type of offering.)
In that vein, this space is NOT for those wishing to:
7. Take shortcuts by offering services either inside or outside of this group without proper training, practice and relationship with your shamanic tools & spirit guides.
8. Use this space as a networking opportunity, or a place to find people to date. YES, relationships will develop organically, but DO NOT come with the intention of promoting your business or finding a romantic partner.
AS A FACILITATOR, I PROMISE TO:
- Only utilize and share practices that were intended to be accessed by me, and hold others in the group to that same bar in a gentle but direct way.
- Empower you by sharing ideas and ways to connect with, and develop, YOUR shamanic practices.
- Hold a safe & healing space while enforcing boundaries if needed. This means that I reserve the right to discreetly require a member to leave the group if they are not honoring the mission of it.
LASTLY..
We will not utilizing plant medicines. Please do NOT come to a gathering under the influence of any plant medicine, mind altering substance, or recreational drugs.
ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Jessica. I've been practicing shamanism since 2011. I've received 100's of hours of training in Core & Peruvian shamanism, and I've logged 100+ hrs of pro-bono work under the tutelage of my shamanic teacher before opening my private practice. You can learn more about my shamanic philosophy here.
I promise to hold impeccable space, and bring you the highest level of service during these ceremonies. I will NOT use our time together to sell services, upgrades, etc.

Bryan Sirchio, Pastor of McFarland United Church of Christ and I (Jessica of Be The Light Shamanic Healing) will weave our spiritual views and practices into this healing, uplifting ceremony.
Many of you have asked how a Shamanic Practitioner and a Christian pastor have come together to co-create spiritual ceremonies... Great question!
To shed a little light on how this collaboration came to be, we’ve created some videos, which you can find HERE. If you enjoy them, please give a “like” and comment to tell YouTube to share the videos with others, will ya? Thank you!
