Let's swap stories: Free Shanghai local friend (and I need English practice!)

About Me:

I'm a true Shanghainese—I grew up in the heartbeat of this city, but I've also got a passport full of stamps. I understand the traveler's soul. Seeing all these new faces in Shanghai lately has made me want to open my home city in a more personal way.

I'm not a business. I'm not a tour guide. I'm just a guy who loves his city and wants to exchange cultures. I'm offering free walks and local tips in exchange for good conversation and a little patience with my English speaking skills. (I'm hoping to improve my fluency while I show you around!).

The Deal:

I’ll take you to the spots I grew up eating at, the quiet lanes away from the tourist herds, and maybe we can decode some of that confusing Shanghai subway etiquette together. It's completely free.

The Catch?

I have a small camera (iPhone and a tiny Insta360). I'm creating a video series called "The Wonderful World of Mu Yunping"—it's a humanist project about connection. I'd love to film parts of our walk for my channel. You don't have to be a movie star; just be yourself.
