About Speaker

Widelia Liu, Venture Partner at Susy Capital

Widelia is a serial entrepreneur having founded two businesses and successfully exited one. She has been involved in blockchain since the end of 2017, having advised multiple ICO projects on their fundraising and business development strategies. She is now an advisor to Singapore based Crypto Fund - CRC Capital and the Venture Partner of Shanghai-based Crypto Investment firm SUSY Capital. Widelia holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Alice Chen, General Counsel/Co-Founder at InvestaCrowd

Alice is the co-founder and general counsel of InvestaCrowd, an investment platform based in Singapore with a Capital Markets Service license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. InvestaCrowd is using blockchain technology to tokenize assets, and is also creating a secondary market trading platform for tokenized securities. Alice is a licensed attorney and has over 16 years of legal experience both in private practice and in-house in the areas of commercial real estate and general corporate law. She was previously with prominent international firms DLA Piper in Los Angeles and Skadden Arps in both Tokyo and Shanghai.

Alice is actively engaged in the blockchain industry in Singapore, often lobbying and providing feedback to regulators in pursuit of furthering the industry, and regularly speaks in the areas of Fintech and entrepreneurship. She is a founding council member of the Global ICO Transparency Alliance (GITA Foundation), a non-profit organization aimed at self-governance and promoting a sustainable ecosystem, she is also Director of Special Projects and a committee member of ACCESS (Singapore Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Association).
