We gather for guided journaling sessions that help you release what’s weighing you down, explore what’s calling you forward, and uncover the clarity you need to make your next move.
These sessions are particularly supportive if you identify as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) — or if you notice you’re deeply influenced by other people and your environment.
They’re perfect for you if you:
