In 2019 we noticed a huge gap in the market for mentors. While our events are a fantastic way to meet other women in business, it's difficult to form long-lasting connections at a 2-hour event!
Our online membership brings together our diverse community of professionals, business owners, coaches, consultants and job seekers who genuinely want to help each other succeed.
Every month we take part in The Mentor Hour and 'give back' 1 hour to help someone else, which means you're guaranteed to make real, in-person connections that could completely change the direction of your career or life!

🌟 WHY WE STARTED THE GROUP 🌟
I came up with the idea for She Mentors in February 2017 after feeling increasingly frustrated by the lack of female leaders in Australia. I was shocked to hear there were only 9 female CEOs in Australia's Top 200 companies, and disheartened to read about the Gender Pay Gap which is sitting at 14.1%.
