She Mentors is a social impact platform connecting women through flexible, on-demand mentoring and community.
Founded by Ali Adey after relocating from London to Melbourne, She Mentors was created in response to a simple gap: talented women wanting perspective, support and role models — and not knowing where to find them.
Today, She Mentors gives women access to lived experience across industries, locations and career stages. No hierarchy. No pitching. Just real conversations, when they’re needed most.
