Full description:
A short (2.5 mile) evening walk. Meet at 5:30pm at the Shalesmoor tram stop. We walk up the hill though to Ponderosa and then up some steps to Crookes Valley Road then down into Crookes Valley Park. We will walk around the park and the dam and up some more steps towards Weston Park then through the park and back down the hill to the starting point.
The walk is entirely on pavements and so shouldn’t be muddy and should be about an hour.

Public transport or car sharing options:
The Blue and Yellow route trams go to the Shalesmoor tram stop. The 57, 81, 82 and 86 buses all stop at the Penistone Road / St. Phillips Road junction, a few minutes’ walk from the start.

Maximum group size: 15
Additional info: This is a repeat of the walk I led on Friday 11 April, except this walk starts and ends at the next / previous tram stop - Shalesmoor not Infirmary Road.
