Sheffield Laughter Club

What might a session look like?

• Introduction
  - The what, how and who of Sheffield Laughter Club
• Laughter yoga inspired activities
  - 10/15 minutes of simulated laughter activities
  - Through childlike playfulness and eye contact we will form a basis of community and connection between the group
• The Playground
  - 10/15 mins of games, this might include improv style games, games inspired by music and other collective explorations of play
• Release of sound / Meditation
  - The session will end with a joint release of sound, anything is welcome here from crying to laughter
  - The session will end with a guided meditation before leading into a sharing circle

The session costs £7 - this is to cover the hire cost of the hall.

No one is turned away due to lack of funds, if you can't afford it, pay what you can.
