Expect the unexpected at the Sheffield Improv Party — a joyful celebration of spontaneous comedy and theatre.

Watch sketches, stories and songs spring to life from your suggestions. No scripts, no safety net — just one unforgettable show created before your eyes. Recent adventures have included Black Mirror-inspired dystopias, murder mysteries packed with hilariously suspicious characters and even a completely improvised solo musical.

Every month brings a brand-new line-up from the SaSS ensemble and special guests, so no two nights are ever the same.

Then comes the Heaven and Hell Improv Jam: your chance to take the stage and tackle a one-of-a-kind improv challenge set by our host. Seasoned performer or curious first-timer, everyone is welcome.

Join us upstairs at Shakespeare’s on the first Thursday of every month. Grab a drink, bring your best suggestions and get ready for a brilliant night of laughter.
