Our She Goes High Mastermind series are different from other Mastermind groups you may have tried. With a small-group focus and weekly meetings for 6 weeks, you go in-depth and get personalized support through the completion of a goal. Everyone gets to share every week, and you receive the support you need to make progress!

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Chrysta Bairre is a career coach, speaker, author, and founder of Live Love Work, and licensed teacher of the Art of Feminine Presence.
Chrysta works with women who want more from life and career. Her clients increase their professional impact and income-- so they can say no in business, make more money, and find happiness in and out of the office.

Chrysta has spoken at Ignite Denver and Ignite Fort Collins, presented at Boulder Startup Week, Fort Collins Startup Week, Colorado State University, Colorado SBDC, Aurora Chamber of Commerce, and more than 60 other events and organizations.

Her first book, Beautiful Badass: How to Believe in Yourself Against the Odds, shares her stories and lessons from overcoming poverty and depression in this guide for women who want to take command of their destinies and no longer fall prey to the hardships and setbacks that previously defined them.

Q. Can I miss one or two of the six sessions?
A. No. Due to the collaborative nature of these groups, we require a commitment to regular attendance in order to support our fellow members. Mastermind members will make every effort to attend all six sessions.
Q. This date and/or time won't work for me. Will there be more masterminds available for varying schedules?
A. YES! We have additional groups offered throughout the year. See our upcoming events for more info!

Q. How large are the groups?
A. In order to facilitate an attentive experience for everyone involved, the cutoff is 6 members.

Q. Can I join if I am not an Impact Member?

Sometimes it's easier to get work done when you're working with other people. Add in seeing some awesome people and finding out what they're up to, and you get the creative energy of collaboration even if you're not working on the same thing.

EVENT Flow:

• First 15-20 min: Talk about what you're going to be working on during the co-working session. If you have a question about what you're doing or would like feedback, feel free to bring that up too.
• 1 hr 15 min: Work on your project or list of tasks.
• last 10-15 min: Wrap up. Share how things went and celebrate. What progress did you make? Any ah-ha's? Any questions? Anyone you want to connect with further?

Jessica Lucey is a yoga teacher with Sun Breath Yoga, and has been teaching since 2017. She helps feel good in their bodies so they can stay active in their communities in midlife and beyond. Choice, freedom, curiosity, and play are woven into her classes, which are little oasis of time and connection to explore movement, relax, and not worry about the "to-dos".

ABOUT OUR LOCATION:
We are located at the Ft. Collins Coffeehouse, on the second floor. The space is open and has a mix of florescent and natural lighting. Music plays in the background, but it's soft enough for you to hear people speaking next to you without needing to raise your voice. This is an alcohol free space. Free parking is available. There is 1 handicap parking space at the front of the building. However, the elevator to get to the second floor is located at the rear of the building. To get to the elevator, take the last door toward the back of the building. When you open the door, there is a long hallway with the elevator at the end of it. Take the elevator to the second floor. Once out of the elevator, take a right to get to the space. ADA bathrooms are available.

Who it's for: Our events are neurodivergent-affirming and designed for introverts, by introverts. (The extroverts show up anyway!) We are a safe space and LBTQIA+ folx are welcome here!

When you left your corporate job to start your business you thought it would be fun. But are you really having fun? Or has hustle culture left you overwhelmed and exhausted? Many entrepreneurs start their venture to escape burnout, only to recreate it in a new setting. In this workshop we’ll explore how the power of play can fill your cup, expand your capacity, and create new possibilities. Next we’ll cover easy ways to add more play into your daily life. You’ll learn one simple question to invite more fun in and how to create a personalized list of go-to fun activities. Come ready to get a little silly and connect with others!

Shelly Reed is a somatic practitioner and play enthusiast who helps people recover from burnout by reconnecting with joy. She supports adults in prioritizing play as a way to expand their capacity to handle stress. With over 15 years of experience teaching and facilitating, Shelly specializes in creating engaging group experiences that are both transformative and fun.

EVENT FLOW:

• 11:30 - 11:40p Get settled/ networking (10 minutes). If you don’t show up at 11:30, it’s ok. You’re welcome to show up just how you are, even if that’s late or in your loungewear. We want to see you!
• 11:40 - 11:50p Welcome/ intro (10 minutes). We’ll go over why this community was started and recognize our sponsors who help us to provide free monthly educational events so we can support you wherever you are in your professional and financial journey.
• 11:50 - 12:10p Attendee intros (20 minutes). These are not elevator pitches. Yay! You can choose to participate at whatever level you’re comfortable with, including skipping your intro.
• 12:10 - 12:50p Workshop (40 minutes). Our presenter will present on their topic. Feel free to ask questions as they relate to the talk.
• 12:50 - 1:00p Upcoming events/ close/ goodbyes (10 minutes). Find out about our upcoming events and connect with any of the women and non-binary leaders you found interesting.

ABOUT OUR LOCATION:

We are located in Old Town Fort Collins, west of College. Free parking is available. Depending on where you park, you can stay for 2 hours or without a time limit. Handicap parking is available right next to the building. There are wide sidewalks leading to the building and wheelchair accessible ramps on the sidewalks. The entrance of the building is level with the sidewalks.

Inside the space, you can find us in the boardroom. Once you come into the building it is the big room with the double doors between the two hallways. The space is set up with long tables in a circle. There are regular height chairs with soft backs and seats positioned on the outside of the circle at the table. As you go towards the back of the room, you’ll find a window that connects the kitchen to the boardroom. You can get complimentary coffee and tea by moving through the open doorway to the kitchen.

Restrooms can be accessed by continuing to the back, past the kitchen. Once you can’t go back anymore, turn to the left, and bathrooms are on the right. They have doors that push open. There is 1 ADA accessible toilet and 1 non-ADA accessible toilet.
