Lead Lunch and Learn
Join us for a lunchtime educational workshop. Get empowered with women and non-binary leaders at this powerful educational event!
Ditch the elevator pitch- our events support connection and collaboration! At She Goes High, we don't blindly pass out business cards or ask, "so, what do you do?"
We support the human BEHIND the business, not the humas AS the business.
When: The first Wednesday of the month, 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Where: Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce, 225 S Meldrum St · Fort Collins, CO
Cost: Free!
Who it's for: Our events are neurodivergent-affirming and designed for introverts, by introverts. (The extroverts show up anyway!) We are a safe space and LBTQIA+ folx are welcome here!
ABOUT OUR PRESENTATION:
Clear boundaries aren’t just good for business—they’re essential for success. Whether dealing with clients, employees, or partners, contracts play a crucial role in defining expectations and protecting your time, energy, and business. This session will help attendees see contracts not as dry legal documents, but as powerful tools for leadership and confidence.
ABOUT OUR PRESENTER:
Rachael Ardanuy (she/her) is a Fort Collins-based attorney and founder of RZA Legal. With over a decade of experience as an attorney and business owner, Rachael excels at guiding clients through starting up, scaling, and exiting their businesses. Her innovative approach to legal challenges have established her as a trusted advisor for clients across various industries including marijuana, liquor, hospitality, manufacturing, service- and product-based businesses, healthcare, and agriculture.
In addition to her legal practice, Rachael frequently shares insights on business, legal and policy issues facing entrepreneurs and regulated industries. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at University of Denver Sturm School of Law. Her engaging communication style and ability to distill complex concepts into actionable advice make her a sought-after speaker and educator.
When she is not advocating for her clients, mentoring law students or inspiring others through speaking engagements, Rachael loves teaching Jazzercise dance-based fitness classes, reading library books in her hammock, attending local live music, and spending time with her family.

ABOUT OUR LOCATION:
We are located in Old Town Fort Collins, west of College. Free parking is available. Depending on where you park, you can stay for 2 hours or without a time limit. Handicap parking is available right next to the building. There are wide sidewalks leading to the building and wheelchair accessible ramps on the sidewalks. The entrance of the building is level with the sidewalks.
Inside the space, you can find us in the boardroom. Once you come into the building it is the big room with the double doors between the two hallways. The space is set up with long tables in a circle. There are regular height chairs with soft backs and seats positioned on the outside of the circle at the table. As you go towards the back of the room, you’ll find a window that connects the kitchen to the boardroom. You can get complimentary coffee and tea by moving through the open doorway to the kitchen.
Restrooms can be accessed by continuing to the back, past the kitchen. Once you can’t go back anymore, turn to the left, and bathrooms are on the right. They have doors that push open. There is 1 ADA accessible toilet and 1 non-ADA accessible toilet.
We look forward to meeting you at the event!
