Lead Lunch and Learn: The Weight to Exhale
Details
Lead Lunch and Learn
Join us for a lunchtime educational workshop. Get empowered with women and non-binary leaders at this powerful educational event!
Ditch the elevator pitch- our events support connection and collaboration! At She Goes High, we don't blindly pass out business cards or ask, "so, what do you do?"
We support the human BEHIND the business, not the humas AS the business.
When: The first Wednesday of the month, 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Where: Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce, 225 S Meldrum St · Fort Collins, CO
Cost: Free!
Who it's for: Our events are neurodivergent-affirming and designed for introverts, by introverts. (The extroverts show up anyway!) We are a safe space and LBTQIA+ folx are welcome here!
ABOUT OUR PRESENTATION:
This interactive session is for the business owner who has mastered holding it all together yet quietly feels the cost of never putting anything down.
This is not a conversation about rest. It is a practice. Participants will be guided into real-time breathwork, creating space to notice what shifts when the body is no longer bracing. Together, we will explore how emotional holding patterns live in the body, how they shape decision-making and daily rhythms, and how to gently interrupt them in the moment.
This session offers more than awareness. It offers a felt experience of what becomes possible when you allow yourself to exhale.
ABOUT OUR PRESENTER:
Meisha Pon, MBA is an operations leader with more than a decade of experience in human-centered leadership. She is the founder of MyCircle, a brand dedicated to helping women stop arguing with their own exhaustion and start trusting what their body has been trying to say.
Her work invites women to release the quiet performance of holding it all together, to lay down the mental gymnastics, and choose themselves without guilt. Because exhaustion is not a badge of honor.
She knows this intimately and now holds space for women to deconstruct the beliefs that have kept them bracing, overgiving, and disconnected from themselves, so they can return home to who they are.

ABOUT OUR LOCATION:
We are located in Old Town Fort Collins, west of College. Free parking is available. Depending on where you park, you can stay for 2 hours or without a time limit. Handicap parking is available right next to the building. There are wide sidewalks leading to the building and wheelchair accessible ramps on the sidewalks. The entrance of the building is level with the sidewalks.
Inside the space, you can find us in the boardroom. Once you come into the building it is the big room with the double doors between the two hallways. The space is set up with long tables in a circle. There are regular height chairs with soft backs and seats positioned on the outside of the circle at the table. As you go towards the back of the room, you’ll find a window that connects the kitchen to the boardroom. You can get complimentary coffee and tea by moving through the open doorway to the kitchen.
Restrooms can be accessed by continuing to the back, past the kitchen. Once you can’t go back anymore, turn to the left, and bathrooms are on the right. They have doors that push open. There is 1 ADA accessible toilet and 1 non-ADA accessible toilet.
We look forward to meeting you at the event!
