Weverton Heights Afternoon Hike
Details
- Join the NOVA Hiking Collective (20-40s) for a hike at South Mountain State Park! We will be hiking the trail Weverton Heights to Ed Garvey Shelter via Appalachian Trail, an out and back which is 5.9 miles with an elevation gain of 1161ft.
- We will meet at the Weverton Cliffs parking lot at 12:30pm and set out. We will be hiking at a moderate pace, stopping when necessary.
- Make sure to bring water and some good hiking shoes!
