As part of the Air Canada Signature Experience, we are pleased to welcome Domaine Polisson from Oka. Hugo Grenon will pour wines to accompany a 10-course tasting menu—a memorable meal that reflects the seasons and terroir of Quebec.

At this cozy restaurant, British chef Marc Cohen crafts seasonal tasting menus guided by local sourcing and respect for ingredients. Spring brings shellfish and fresh vegetables, while fall means heartier plates like blood sausage cappelletti and corn chowder with smoked sturgeon. The polished yet unfussy cooking and thoughtful wine selection make it a true neighbourhood gem.

Please understand that this is a Pre-paid event once you regiser you would need to send an interac of 225 dollars which includes:
