Bivouac, a true gastronomic refuge in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles, invites lovers of fine cuisine and fine wines to a unique evening on Friday, October 3, 2025.In partnership with the prestigious Domaine Coteau Rougemont, Executive Chef Xavier Dahan will present an exclusive five-course tasting menu, designed as a genuine dialogue between Bivouac's boreal flavors and the richness of Québec's wine terroir.
Event Details- Date: Friday, October 3, 2025- Location: Bivouac Restaurant, 6th floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal, Quartier des Spectacles- Experience: Five-course tasting menu with wine pairings- Price: $150 per person
Place is limited to (4 Max) so pls if you reserve, make sure you will show up.

NB: For these events, if you reserve and cancel OR do not show up, there will be NO REFUND + For No shows = removal from the group.
Pls also note that for "some events that has big interests" , I will ask all attendees for confirmation few days before the event with a deadline to reply, so kindly check your messages and event comment section to confirm within the deadline as otherwise, I will be forced to remove u and open the spot for those interested!
