For six days only, from July 14 to July 19, 2026, the iconic 9th floor of Montreal’s Eaton Centre will once again come alive as Le 9e’s Grande Salle welcomes back this extraordinary culinary experience.

Inspired by the historic Parisian bouillons, beloved restaurants that emerged in 19th century Paris serving hearty, comforting, and affordable meals, this celebration invites guests to experience a taste of French culinary history right here in Montreal.
