So after our big 50th anniversary conference we are back to regular Zoom meetings. The Dying Detective is our penultimate meeting this year. We hope to do hybrid meetings (live and Zoom) next year. I'm really excited about this one!

Our guest speaker is Mike McClure, BSI, from Chester, Illinois USA, and he will be talking to us about Sherlock Holmes and Popeye! A funeral director by vocation, Mike is also an author and a game creator, as well as the founder and leader of The Chester Baskerville Society (1988) and Stimson & Company (1990), and you are invited to follow his Sherlockian activities at baskervilleproductions.com.

Plus, Nancy Stotts Jones (Stratford, Ontario) will do our Dying Detective Wrap-up from her chapter in About Sixty. This time around, Karen Gold will do our quiz—prize from George Vanderburgh—and Karen Campbell will do our song!
