SHERLOCK HOLMES BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

Happy new year everyone! We will start off our first meeting of the year by celebrating Sherlock Holmes' 171st birthday (January 6. 1854*).

Our guest speaker is the intrepid Max Magee, who will be expounding on his theory "On Becoming a Sherlockian". As a popular conference speaker, Max has been described as 'one of those people who once you meet, you just hang on for dear life because this guy doesn't slow down.' I can hardly wait to see where he will take us

Mike Ranieri (aka Meyers) has prepared a special presentation to honour this year's Blue Carbuncle Award winners! Pratap Reddy will talk about his new book. Songstress Karen Gold is preparing another original song for us to sing along! And, quizmistress Karen Campbell has promised us a special quiz, with prizes.
