SHESTATE is more than dance. It’s a space where women come together to move, connect, express themselves and explore their femininity in a supportive and empowering atmosphere✨
Our Heels classes are about more than learning choreography. They are an invitation to feel more confident in your body, discover your own expression and enjoy movement without pressure or judgment.
We welcome women with different levels of dance experience, including those who are just beginning their journey!

SHESTATE Open Day is for every level - including complete beginners and women who have never taken a dance class before. You don’t need any previous dance or Heels experience
