Welcome, wandering souls and lost sailors, to the Ship of the Dead RPG Club!
Hosted by Pirate Borg creator Limithron and The Ship of the Dead Podcast, we are a group of gamers that get together and play tabletop roleplaying games, especially OSR (Old School Renaissance) games.
We are always looking for new players and gamemasters, and zero experience is required! Bring friends, roll some dice, and let's play some RPGs!

- Don't be a jerk.
- Racist, bigotry, homophobic, or transphobic behavior.
- Rulings over rules, and the GM is in charge of the table.
- Have fun!
GM Guidelines
- Bring enough pre-gens for 7 people, more if your game is deadly.
- Bring any required materials.
- Be cool, honey bunny.

Bring your unwanted RPG treasures and trade them for something new!
Here’s how it works:
- Check in Your Items
When you arrive, we’ll tally your contributions into points:
- Pamphlets = 1 point
- Zines = 2 points
- Hardcover books = 3 points
- Box sets or slipcase sets = 5 points
- The Draft
Once everyone’s items are checked in, we’ll take turns picking from the swap table.
Turn order is based on your total points (highest goes first). We’ll go down the list, then loop back around until everyone’s had a turn.
Spend your points however you like (e.g., 1 point for 1 zine, 5 points for a box set, etc.) — on any item in the swap!
Whether you bring a handful of pamphlets or a stack of hardcovers, you’ll leave with something new to inspire your next game.
RPG pickup games may happen afterwards!Note: A badge to Tacticon is required to play in the game - but not to come to the draft (as it's in the lobby) most likely required.
