6:00-6:30 - Chatting & easy warmup games
6:30-8:00 - Scrimmage!! We play on a smaller than standard field and switch off who is in goal. While it's still a bit of a workout, it's more fun than competitive - we rarely ever keep score and we cheer for everyone.

What to bring:
WATER, Sneakers, Clothes you can move in

We actually request folks NOT wear cleats to prevent injuries from getting stepped on. You're welcome to wear any other protective gear (shin guards etc) that works for you.

Don't let lack of supplies stop you from showing up. I bring a ball, pinnies, cones, etc.

Rules:

1. Be shit at soccer or bring your "shit-at-soccer" energy
2. No dudes! Sorry, guys
3. Don't be the reason we have to make a third rule

Parking: Super easy!! There is a parking lot and tons of free street parking. It's generally safe, but don't leave any high-ticket items (laptops etc) visible in your car.

Accessibility: We take regular water/rest breaks and folks can sub in/out of games whenever. Most of us are not in shape. Full disclosure: the bathrooms are pretty shitty and I've never seen the water fountain NOT broken. I don't own a rattle ball, but I'm happy to use it if you bring it. I bring a small first aid kit and ice packs in case of injuries.

Can I come late/leave early?: Yes! Our format makes it easy to accommodate whatever time you have.

Dogs: This park frequently has off leash dogs running around.
