About us
Welcome to the Shoreline Treasures and Coastal Wisdom Circle. This is a space for anyone who finds a sense of peace and curiosity while walking the tide line. Whether you are a lifelong collector of sea glass and driftwood or someone who has just started noticing the interesting shells left behind by the tide, this group is about slowing down and learning to read the shoreline together.
Our gatherings are informal mentorship circles where we share what we have found and discuss the stories behind our discoveries. We focus on identifying local finds, understanding the coastal ecosystem, and learning how to respect the habitats we explore. If you are looking for a quiet, supportive community to share your beachcombing hobby with, we would be glad to have you join us for our next walk.

Montreal Secrets of the Shifting Sands
montreal 2342, montreal, QC, CAI am hosting a casual gathering for anyone interested in the quiet art of beachcombing. Even though we are in the city, there is a surprising amount of history and natural treasure to be found along our local shorelines if you know where to look. This event is an informal mentorship circle where we will talk about how to read the riverbanks, identify interesting finds, and better understand the geology of our shifting sands.
This is meant for beginners and enthusiasts alike who want to learn a bit more about the practice in a relaxed, conversational setting. Whether you have been scouring the banks for years or are just curious about the hobby, you are welcome to pull up a chair and share stories or ask questions. It is a great way to connect with others who enjoy slow, observant walks by the water. If you think you might be able to make it, please let me know by RSVPing so I can get an idea of the numbers.
