[https://www.coachusa.com/?partner_code=CUSA](Coach to Bear mountain) to purchase tickets. Tickets for April 19th will be available starting on April 14.
Drivers can meet us at 10:15 in front of the Bear Mountain Inn. Please let me know if you are driving. We'll walk the relatively flat trail to Doodletown, an old, abandoned mining town whose buildings have been dismantled but are marked by photos and explanations. We'll continue on an uphill route, (which I shall mount slowly), to a mountain top. We'll have our lunch there, and return leisurely to Bear Mountain Inn where we'll catch the return bus at 5:19, arriving back at Port Authority at 7pm. Depending on time, desire and energy levels people may add to the walk by circumnavigating the Hessian Lake and/or visiting the (Trailside Museums and Zoo). You might consider bringing a book to read or frisbee to throw lakeside. The Hikers' Cafe is open and patrons can use the restroom in the building. Of course, you may also bring your own food.
Rain cancels. Guests may sign this waiver at: Waiver and Release (http://bit.ly/4hI8VB5)
