Tracing the Route of the Old Trenton Water Power

Details
Join us for a 9-10 mile urban hike through Trenton to uncover remnants of the old Trenton Water Power Canal, a 7-mile industrial canal that once flowed from Scudder’s Falls to the Assunpink Creek. We’ll explore historical traces behind the NJ State House—including the site of the vanished Mahlon Stacy Park—and visit canal-related ruins, basins, and forgotten waterways hidden in plain sight.
