Boucle noir, a good bye see you later hike for a friend.

Dear hikers,

Our hiking friend Claudia is leaving Brussels and moving back to Italy.

This hike is to give you a last chance to say goodbye and have chat with her along the hike.

If you don’t know Claudia personally no worries of course you can still join 🙂🥾

We will hike Le boucle noir in Charleroi (GR412 - Boucle noire - CM Tourisme) it's not your typical hike as amongst other sites it highlights the industrial lost past of Charleroi.

The hike is 22K with 200 elevation gain.

Starting point: Gare Central Chaleroi

If you come by train: have a look at the timetables, hike starts at 10.00
If you join by car: there are paid parking's around the train station, Sunday has reduced prices.
If you are coming by car you can for example park at Av. de Philippevile on the street, parking at the streets is free on Sunday.
