Meuse View loop from Godinne, 500m elevation gain, 19.7k

Sunday promises to be sunny. We will walk throughs forests and fields, the gardens of Annevoie Castle and views of the Meuse river.

Meeting point and how to reach:
We meet outside Godinne train station at 10:45.
There is a train, leaving from Brussels-Schuman or Luxembourg - I am a bit surprised that Googlemaps and SNCB give me different times. According to SNCB it leaves at 9:28 from Luxembourg, or 9:23 from Schuman, and arrives in Godinne at 10:35.

Carpooling: for this hike public transport is pretty good. Still, if you go by car it would be appreciated if you can give lifts by writing in the comments below and in the WhatsApp group, and if you need a lift please look for offers and ask in the group.

The hike:
The entire walk will be almost 20km.
There will be quite a bit of uphills and downhills, with an overall elevation gain of 540m.

In flat areas, will walk at about 5km/h - certainly slower uphill! Please bring some food, we will have a picnic along the way, at least 1,0 L of water, snacks, and good walking shoes

At the moment it looks like the sun will come back on Sunday! mixed with clouds, with temperatures around 11-13degrees.
