11 km Sunset Walk from Hermann-Debroux to place Wiener in Boitsfort

Are you ready for a 11km evening walk from Hermann Debroux to Boitsfort through Forêt de Soignes?

Meeting point is at Hermann Debroux Metro station, at 18:30.
Arrival Place Wiener Boitsfort. 11km walk through the Forêt de Soignes.

You can come either by means of public transportation or by car. *It's not a loop*, but if you leave the car at Hermann-Debroux, it's 4 tram stops (6 min, line 8) from Place Wiener to go back to Hermann-Debroux. Last tram is at 12:59.

It will be an easy walk, just to catch up with friends.

We will walk at a medium pace, 4 km/h on average while walking. Please bring some food, we will have a picnic along the way, at least 1,0 L of water, snacks, and good walking shoes, in goretex would be an excellent choice. Have your GSM fully charged, and a spare battery pack. Have a powerful torch with you. But please use it only when really necessary

• Weather

The weather will be very good. Temperatures will be in the high twenties. Dress accordingly.

• Sun

The sun will set at 21:54. Civil twilight ends at 22:39.

Register only if you are reasonably motivated to participate. As a matter of courtesy towards the people on the waiting list, if you are unable to come, cancel as soon as possible.

The organizers in this group are all volunteers, they are not experts or guides, and are just gathering like-minded people for the only purpose to walk/hike/enjoy together.
