📚🌿 Glendale Main Library: Scavenger Hunt & Plant Swap!
Details
Join Show Up Local AZ to meet new people, explore the library, and connect with local plant enthusiasts!
There is no limit to how many people can come!
📅 Saturday, October 24
🕥 10:30 AM
📍 Glendale Public Library — Main Library
🤝 Meet in the courtyard on the north side of the library.
We’ll start by meeting each other, then explore the library with a relaxed scavenger hunt. Discover online resources, find upcoming programs, browse the shelves, and learn about services you might not have tried before!
Turn in your scavenger hunt sheet for a chance to win a gift card. No purchase or checkout is required.
🌱 We’ll also attend the library’s plant swap! Bring cuttings, propagations, or seedlings to exchange with fellow plant lovers and share your plant know-how. The library will have some soil, temporary pots, and boxes available to help transport plants.
The plant swap is primarily for adults 18+, but all ages are welcome.
Come on your own or bring a friend—you’ll have people to meet and a group to explore with!
Let’s show up local together!
This meetup and gift-card drawing are organized independently by Show Up Local AZ. The plant swap is a library program.
