ABOUT THE EVENT
Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 7:00pm on Monday Evenings.

Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done.

This is a hybrid session. Join us either in-person or online via Zoom.

If you plan to join us online, please go to the Shut Up & Write website to get the Zoom link. All new guests are requested to have the camera on when they check-in. Late RSVPs may not be allowed in unless I already know you. If you arrive online late and we are already writing, just join in quietly with your microphone off and start working. I’ll let you know when the one hour timer goes off.

SCHEDULE:
7:00 - Quick introduction.
7:15 - Timer starts. Write for 1 hour.
8:15 - Chat / take off / keep writing.
OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens at 8:15PM. Writing can be very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing.

What Should I Bring?
All you need is something to write with (and the Zoom app if you are joining us online).
