Brooklyn Carreta has a great variety of food and drink options to enjoy while writing (some people order to-go just before they leave).

What to Expect
We support each other in the struggle to write. This group generally writes for 25 minutes or so and then takes a 10 minute or so break to chat. Although we are not a critique group, we do talk about writing topics, such as character development, plot organization, etc. The point is to encourage and offer useful tips.

What Should I Bring?
Whatever you need to be able to write!
Bring earbuds/earplugs if you want to block the cafe’s ambient music or the occasional conversation by other patrons.
