Join us for an hour of writing! All writers and all experience levels are welcome and no one will see what you've written, promise. We don’t host critiques or readings. This is just for getting your writing done and meeting other writers in your area.
Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. This is for you to focus on getting some real writing done.
SCHEDULE:
6:00 - Quick introductions
6:15 - Timer starts: write for 1 hour
7:15 - The End: chat, take off, or keep writing
BEING LATE IS OKAY: show up, get settled, and check-in with me after the session. (I’ll be the person with the Shut Up & Write! sign.) If you were on time, please be willing to make room for the friendly latecomer.
Where is it?
Ava Rosteria in Downtown Beaverton (https://maps.app.goo.gl/1FKTssLw75ZRDHLF8). I will grab a table for us and have a SUAW sign with me.
What Should I Bring?
Whatever you need to be able to write!
Earbuds/earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.
