Shut Up & Write!™ Silicon Valley (ONLINE - CWC SF Peninsula)

Please join us for an hour and a half of ONLINE writing. Although it's not quite the same as meeting in person, we offer some of the same benefits of accountability and the group writing experience.

This is a supportive group for writers of all kinds, sponsored by the California Writers Club SF Peninsula Branch. Whether you write for professional, personal, or other reasons, come prepared to work. Note that this is not a sharing or critique group, but you are welcome to discuss your work during our check-in time.

We sincerely hope to see everyone again in person before too long at our beloved Penelope's Coffee & Tea in Foster City, CA.

WHAT WE'LL DO (note a few differences from in-person format)

09:30 - Intros and check-in. If you join early, you can hang out in the Zoom waiting room but the session won't begin until the host starts it.

09:45 - We'll mute our microphones (just like we "shut up and write" when we're in person) and write for 1-1/2 hours. You can leave earlier if you want a shorter session.

11:15 - Writing session ends. Stay for a few minutes of optional check-in if you wish.

If you join after 09:45 a.m., please remain muted so you don't disturb others.
