Welcome! Shoreline Lake and its American Bistro are located at 3160 N Shoreline Boulevard in Mountain View, the northernmost point of Shoreline Boulevard. From the Shoreline exit on highway 101 (exit 399A), head north on Shoreline, pass through the park gate, and continue straight after the rotary to a large parking lot.

Please support the cafe with your purchase of a beverage or lunch.

All you have to bring is a writing project. Sometimes we sit outside, and there are few outlets indoors, so make sure your electronic devices are charged. Also, there is no WiFi.

There are a lot of tables, but seating can be limited, especially in the summer. We reserve 6 seats. If you are on the wait list, feel free to come anyway if you are OK with possibly sitting separate from the group. You'll likely still meet people and enjoy a productive hour of writing.
