Kensington Metropark Hike and Symphony by the Shores

Join us for a 2-mile hike around Wildwing Lake starting at 5pm, followed by a Michigan Philharmonic concert on Maple Beach at 7:30pm.
There will be food vendors at the beach, so we will have time to get dinner or snacks while waiting for the concert to begin.

Bring a chair or blanket to sit on during the concert.
NOTE: dogs are not allowed on the Kensington nature trails.

Cost: requires Metropark entry fee ($10/day or $40/year).

Note that we will be meeting at the West Boat Launch parking lot (NOT the Nature Center lot) because there are more parking spaces available. This lot is close to the Kensington Road exit off of I-96. See map attached to this meetup.
After the hike we will move our cars to the Maple Beach parking lot.
