Get in shape after work with an evening conditioning hike of 4 miles at a brisk pace.
Discover trails and learn about nature and geology around the Truckee Meadows.
Hiking up to Canoe Hill from the north side in Sparks.
Bring plenty of water; good hiking boots and windbreakers are recommended.
Elevation gain up to 600 ft. Mostly on trails with some cross-country.
Moderately difficult. DL (Dogs limited).
