What we’re about
The Mid-Missouri Group recently launched a book club to focus on diversity, equity and inclusion and look for intersections with the environmental protection and advocacy mission of Sierra Club.
We are reading one book approximately over a 2 month time period.
Anyone who is interested in reading and discussing the books is welcome to participate.
At the discussion event, we will meet for about 1.5 hours and talk about the books, our thoughts, feelings or insights. We'll discuss how the book impacted us and how we might live or advocate differently in the future. We will also discuss the choice of the next book. Even if you don't get the book read or fully read, you are welcome to come and listen or participate in the discussion.
