Friday Evening Social hikes

We meet at the fountain in front of the mission at 6:15 PM for the evening hikes. These hikes are on the front country trails behind Santa Barbara and Montecito. Dress appropriately with hiking boots, comfortable clothes and bring at least a liter of water in your backpack or fanny pack. Bring sunscreen and bug repellant when necessary. Bring a flashlight or headlamp for the night hikes. The evening hike leaves at 6:15 PM SHARP and we get back between 8:30 PM and nine. There are no dogs allowed for safety concerns. These hikes are approximately 4 miles, 2 miles up and 2 miles back and are appropriate for beginners in good health. We will carpool to the hike from the mission.
