Santa Barbara Free America Walkout

This is a protest and a promise. In the face of fascism, we will be ungovernable. On January 20, we will gather neighbors and classmates, and turn our back and walk out on fascism. Walk out to block the normal routines of power, and make the stakes real.

Bring signs, stand on the corners to voice our rage. March to State St. Share ideas and stories. We each do what we can (and maybe a little more).
Walk out of whatever we would normally be doing, then join us when you can. Let's see how long we can keep our voices raised! Refuse to spend money supporting the current economy. Be aware of how we are monetized on social media, and look away. There is much we can do. Let today be the start of taking back our society, of talking to people, of sharing ideas, of moving forward.
