Eagletail Wilderness Dayhike

This will be a seven (7) mile round trip dayhike with an elevation change of about 300 feet. We will be hiking in the Sonoran Desert through an area of rugged volcanic mountains. There are a variety of wilderness values to be found on this outing. The leader will discuss the wilderness history of this area. The road into the trailhead requires a vehicle with some clearance, however 4WD is not required.
