What we’re about
We will practice yoga at sunset at the Skate Park, Apollo Beach, following a youtube lesson which will be posted in the group, from Tuesday to Thursday every week at 4:00pm.
Just show up unroll your mat and perform the lesson, be sure to bring your bluetooth earphones and tune the lesson up.
