Join us for an in-person Silent Disco Yoga Flow at Culture Brewing Co. in downtown Encinitas!

Connecting breath-to-movement, we'll flow through yoga postures at an intuitive pace set to an inspiring and immersive music experience with silent disco headphones. Variations will be offered to allow you to practice at your own level, while keeping up with the flow.
