Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition: Volunteer Network

### Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition works with Levi's Stadium to support sustainable transportation! We believe that event-goers should be able to confidently choose how to get to their destination - whether they want to spend time, money, and energy sitting in traffic and hunting for parking, or if they want to hop on their bike and and let us handle the rest.

What to expect:
Supporting our bike valet is simple. Report to your meeting place on time, receive a short training from your supervisor, and welcome attendees as they roll in for the show. You will then tag their bike with an identifying number and safely park it in our secured corral. Later, when the owner returns, you'll match their tag with the appropriate bike and send them off with a smile!

Supplies:
Please wear close-toed shoes, weather appropriate clothes, and bring lots of water and snacks just in case you get hungry. Athletic-leisure wear is encouraged, as you will be shuffling bikes around and lifting them onto the racks.

Arriving to your shift:
Please do not attempt to drive yourself/be dropped off at your meeting location - you will be met with roughly 50,000 cars and several hours of traffic. (There's a reason we offer bike valet!) Many of our volunteers drive to a nearby light rail station and take the train the rest of the way. I strongly recommend the River Oaks Station (https://maps.app.goo.gl/aY4Bo3WJhrU2JyYB7), due to the fact that it has secure parking, as well as easy access to the Gualaupe River Trail for those who would rather walk/bike the last few miles.
