Hi there! Thanks so much for considering volunteering with us. Viva Calle + SVBC is one of the most important volunteer opportunities of SVBC's bike parking program! Our team is organizing the bike/scooter parking at all three activity hubs in order to empower each attendee to safely park their beloved ride as they enjoy the magic of open streets. Each activity hub is a stopping point for riders where they can experience live music, food trucks, performances, and interactive exhibits. This listing is for the first shift, from 10am - 12:30pm.
What To Expect:
Viva Calle is a large scale community event that spans several miles of historic San Jose roads, so expect an action packed day with hundreds of bikes rolling through! After you sign up for your desired shift(s), I will get in touch with you to assign one of the three locations. On the day of, you see a secured parking zone that will have our canopy, cones, and bike racks.
