Investing in Midwest Markets (Kentucky/Indiana) with PMR property management

One of the common questions we get is where do we invest in outside of hot areas like Texas, Arizona, Georgia, and Florida? Well the answer is the Midwest! Midwest states are great for cashflow with quality tenants who pay on time, landlord friendly laws, and reasonable property tax/insurance rates when compared to the sunbelt areas. The region is growing with many manufacturers setting up EV manufacturing plants and battery production facilities.

We are excited to have Jennifer VanVactor, Executive Vice President of PMR property management company, fly out to join us for a meetup presentation. PMR Group manages three of my investment properties in Kentucky and Indiana. Based out of Louiseville Kentucky, they manage numerous surrounding Midwest markets including Indiana and Ohio.
