Creating a product is nothing short from challenging. For every product, there are different turning points which can determine which direction you plan on going with your product.
This presentation is going to discuss about those pivots, different products, culture and how to learn from failures. If you’re interested in technology or learning different pointers about what you an do after experiencing a failure, then this presentation is for you.
About the Speaker:
Wallace Wu is the Vice President of the company Misfit, a company that focuses on award-winning wearable based technology and smart home products. At Misfit, he leads the software engineering teams while working with commercial, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver and maintain Misfit software products. Wallace also heads up China operations to develop and grow the Misfit team in China. Prior to Misfit, he worked at Microsoft and Sonic Solutions, his experience ranges from delivering professional IT services to developing consumer software products.
